Inspired Learning Free Online Resources

North Lincolnshire Libraries: 

North Lincolnshire Libraries have recently extended the range of stock available on Borrowbox, an e-book and e-audio book service, and an exciting addition to libraries' existing on-line offer. Library members can borrow 10 titles at any time, for 21 days, for free. North Lincolnshire Libraries have a large range of high quality online resources for study and/or the reading for pleasure at home.

Mindfulness/ Anxiety

  • Creative Therapy for children and young people – Facebook page - Yoga routine for children posted. (Local)
  • Smiling Mind (App)- This one is really good parents can select the option to do it for themselves and to do it with your children- They also have different programmes and have put one on called thrive inside for coping with the isolation
  • Ninja Focus: Mindfulness and sleep for kids (App) For parents and children to do together.

It also links to the NHS site for advice for those parents who are worrying.
